Job Summary: We are looking for a Customs & Logistics Specialist based in Poland to manage import clearance and local logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Polish and EU customs procedures and be capable of coordinating local transportation and third-party logistics services. Fluency in Polish and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure timely and compliant customs clearance for imported goods in accordance with Polish and EU regulations and company requirements
2. Coordinate effectively with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and local logistics partners to support smooth import and delivery processes
3. Manage domestic transportation from port/airport to warehouse or final destination, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness
4. Prepare and verify all shipping and customs documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards
5. Monitor shipment status and proactively identify and resolve customs or logistics issues to avoid delays
Requirements:
1. Experience in customs clearance and domestic logistics operations in Poland
2. Good understanding of EU import/export regulations and customs procedures
3. Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage daily logistics tasks
