The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Customer Service Representative with German you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Providing Customer Service support via defined channels
- Handling of customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery, freight and quality claims, payment deductions or discrepancies, and other related policies and procedures
- Maintaining relationships with customers by understanding, anticipating, and identifying their product and especially service needs
- Self-preparing service performance reports and participating in customer meetings to identify/propose opportunities to improve 3M service, customer satisfaction, communication, and efficiencies
- Conducting service process analysis and drives cycle time and OTIF improvements
- Liaising with 3M Sales Support regarding RFQs and coordinating the management of Product Quality Complaints by working with the Customer Issue Resolution Representative.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Facing – B2B experience nice to have, Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Operations, Customer Service
- English and German at minimum C1 level (any other European language skill is an additional asset)
- Team player, persistent and results oriented
- Basic knowledge of SAP
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Skills of SAP (ERP system), Salesforce (CRM system), Excel, PPT
- Good communication skills and ability to present professionally and confidently, both via telephone and face-to-face
- Well organized and independent at dealing with complex issues
- Eager and capable at improving service and logistics processes
- Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes.

- Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9
- Work Your Way: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month in office
