Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation & Strategic Alignment

  • Develop and implement revenue generation strategies aligned with the company’s vision, values, and growth goals.
  • Drive growth through strategic execution, ensuring all efforts align with the company's North Star metric.
  • Actively uphold company values and the code of conduct while executing business strategies.

Sales & Marketing Strategy Execution

  • Ensure alignment between Sales and Marketing teams for a cohesive revenue strategy.
  • Oversee the development of an effective Marketing engine to generate high-quality leads.
  • Build a high-performing Sales team that converts leads into successful projects.
  • Define and refine value propositions, business models, and pricing strategies to achieve 25% YoY profit growth.

Talent Acquisition & Team Development

  • Ensure the right talent is in place for Sales and Marketing, maintaining a high-performance bar.
  • Lead networking, hiring, and talent management efforts to build and retain top-performing teams.
  • Address hiring mistakes proactively and invest in upskilling existing teams.
  • Foster a leadership culture where trust, collaboration, and alignment with company values are prioritized.

Client & Market Insights

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer needs to refine business strategies.
  • Support expansion into targeted market segments, such as Life Sciences.

Sustainable Growth & Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure revenue-generating activities contribute to sustainable business growth without overburdening the tech team.
