Role Overview
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will establish and drive marketing strategy, positioning the brand as a leader in the iGaming fintech sector. Your responsibilities include building brand visibility, engaging with media and agencies, hosting industry events, and driving thought leadership. You will craft corporate messaging and execute marketing programs that deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a high-level marketing strategy to position the company as the go-to iGaming platform provider.
- Agency & Media Relations: Manage relationships with agencies, press, and media to elevate brand presence.
- Event Representation: Represent the company in media interviews, conferences, and industry forums.
- Events & Conferences: Oversee the ideation and execution of branded events and sponsored gatherings.
- Performance Marketing: Optimize digital marketing, content strategy, and performance campaigns.
- Brand Development: Craft and maintain a compelling corporate brand narrative that supports growth ambitions.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align messaging with product innovation and market strategy.
Requirements & Experience
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing within iGaming or gambling platforms.
- Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities and executive presence.
- Media Engagement: Proven track record of engaging agencies, media, and managing events at scale.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with measurable success in performance-driven campaigns.
- International Experience: Experience in international, multicultural markets.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
