We are looking for a Contract Specialist to join our legal team!
Job Summary:
Join our Global Centre of Excellence Team as a Contracts Specialist, where you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing contracts workflow across the regions. This role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a range of commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with legal standards and corporate policies. You’ll collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to support strategic business relationships and drive operational excellence in contract management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in law, business, or a related field.
- From 2 years of practical experience in legal or contacts team.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Solid understanding of contacts, commercial and international law.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; quick learner with new systems.
- Solid knowledge of German will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in a global organization will be a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Calm, diplomatic, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
What will you be doing?
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts including NDAs, VPAs, T&Cs, master agreements, and supporting documents. You will start from NDAs and will grow steadily in your scope complexity.
- Ensure contracts align with business needs and comply with internal policies and external regulations across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions.
- Collaborate with the global legal team to support cross-regional business relationships.
- Identify and assess contractual risks; provide redlined recommendations and resolve negotiation challenges.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with contract terms and conditions throughout execution.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the contracts function.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
