Grape Up is a technology consulting and software development company, helping enterprises build their mission-critical products.
The company maintains an Integrated Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2023 and TISAX VDA 6.0. We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator who will support us in maintaining and improving our IMS.
This is a highly independent and cross-functional role where you will wear multiple hats – balancing analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, and compliance responsibilities. If you’re analytical, people-oriented, and passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and structured documentation – this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate company-wide compliance activities to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and internal standards
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure procedures are followed and well-documented
- Maintain Integrated Management System documentation in accordance with relevant ISO standards, TISAX and GDPR requirements
- Prepare and deliver internal trainings to ensure IMS awareness amongst all employees
- Support teams and projects in fulfilling IMS requirements
- Propose new ideas for improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the IMS and collaborate with process owners to drive their implementation
- Plan and conduct internal audits in line with ISO and TISAX requirements
- Coordinate and support external audit processes
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar, compliance-related role within an IT organization
- Advanced knowledge of ISO standards, TISAX and GDPR requirements
- Internal auditor experience (certified for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2023)
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Well-organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and presentation
- Professionally fluent in English and comfortable using it in daily work
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
Nice to have
- Knowledge of TISAX VDA 6.0
