We will count on you to:
Support development of Compensation & Benefits job catalogue content according to organization standards
Support business sponsors in the Compensation & Benefits job catalogue development activities
Update online database of remuneration survey jobs and job evaluations
Develop best practices in product content and job descriptions creation methodology
Run reports and exporting data from internal systems
What you need to have:
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to draw conclusions based multiple sources of information
Strong self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Very good command of spoken and written English
What makes you stand out:
Knowledge of Mercer remuneration surveys
Online content creation/management experience
Understanding most common organizational structures
Experience in building/delivering technical trainings
Experience in creating business presentations
People and/or project management experience
