About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strategically implement and operationalize global compensation, benefits, mobility, and people analytics strategies in alignment with corporate objectives
- Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth
- Ensure adherence to governance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Manage the rollout and communication of global incentive plans (STIP, PS, SIP, GRIP)
- Direct annual compensation processes including merit reviews and incentive calculations
- Oversee international mobility programs ensuring alignment with global policies
- Lead market benchmarking and job evaluation initiatives to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Communications for seamless program delivery
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in compensation and benefits within an international context
- Proven leadership acumen with a track record of inspiring and developing teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
- Familiarity with Mercer or equivalent job evaluation methodologies
- Excellent command of English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for continual enhancement
