Your responsibilities:
develop and e- ecute internal communication for Global Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention (GFCFP) partner with business leaders from GFCFP to create engaging content for internal communication purposes across channels, including newsletters, intranet articles,
- announcements and Viva Engage posts
- lead organisation of internal events, meetings, and initiatives to boost employee engagement
- collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging
- assist in preparing presentations, reports and other materials for internal use
- contribute to company-wide internal communication with news from GFCFP
- monitor and evaluate the impact of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed

Global Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention (Global FCFP) team is responsible for protecting customers, ING and society from financial crime and fraud. We aim to detect and prevent the financial system from being misused in criminal activities, including money laundering and terrorist financing, for the safety and security of our customers and society. Our teams are located in head office, countries and hubs.
