Global Credit Management Operations Senior Expert
Your Tasks & responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality of the Credit Management process and strategy towards the internal stakeholders and external customers;
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of credit management tasks;
- Supporting team with expertise and knowledge
- Optimization of credit management processes
- Contribute actively to update desktop procedures and supporting documents; proactive monitoring of process loopholes
- Role model of active communication & collaboration;
- Support TL and capability expert in operational topics;
Who You Are:
- Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Order to Cash, Risk Assessment;
- 3+ years of experience in Credit Management or other related Order-to-Cash processes;
- English: fluent in speech and writing;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Proactive can-do attitude;
- Advanced MS Office;
- Advanced experience with ERP systems. Advanced SAP experience;
- Problem solving skills;
- Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment;
