PMI Combera is scaling up in Poland, and we’re looking for a Commercial Director to join our leadership team. If you’re ready to lead growth, drive strategy, and be the face of a business on the rise — this is your opportunity.
PMI Combera is a member of Advantage Smollan, global company with reach over 70 countries. Our objectives is to help brands and retailers to win at the point of purchase. In Poland we provide services mainly in the area of Sales and Merchandising (sales force outsourcing, merchandising and audits) and in the area of Activation Experience (brand ambassadors, pop up stores and retail stores management). Given the global presence and experience we have a very ambitious target in Poland and thus we expect significant growth in near future.
Your role:
- Lead commercial strategy and ambitious growth within FMCG & Retail sectors
- Manage €20M+ business and key client relationships
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team (2 Business Unit Directors + 1 Business Development Manager)
- Drive new business development and represent PMI Combera on the market
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and profitability
What we’re looking for:
- Proven senior commercial leadership in field marketing / FMCG / Retail sectors
- Excellent client relationship builder with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Financially and strategically savvy (P&L, budgets, growth planning)
- Agile leader comfortable in dynamic growth environments
- Fluent Polish and strong English are must-haves
