Job Description:

• Dealing with billing issues via email and phone
• Providing customers with necessary information and possible solutions
• General administrative tasks (e.g. Creating reports, fulfilling data base)

We expect from applicants:

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good Dutch (written and spoken)
• Very good English (written and spoken)
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines
• Ability to analyze figures and processes
• Problem solving attitude
• At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
