JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Operations Team is currently recruiting for a Co-Ordinator. This position will support Digital Specialists with the completion of defined tasks as requested by relevant field marketing teams for the hotels who participate in select Digital Field Marketing packages and services valid across Europe, Middle East & Africa.
The role requires a primary focus in ensuring content is consistently reviewed and approved content is updated across the specific digital platforms and channels, and support search engine optimization efforts to maximize online presence that attribute to the hotels performance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- Diploma or equivalent certification from higher education advantageous
- Previous work experience in customer service / client servicing / international teams advantageous.
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive; takes initiative
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Support with management of the Hotel Web Sites on Marriott.com and Global sites
- Load hotels offers as directed by the Centralized Workflow dashboard
- Build offers in MBOP (hotel offers / ancillary offers / MEOs and EEOs) as required
- Assist in the execution and implementation of deliverables, including audits, as outlined by the Centralized Workflow dashboard
- Support in optimizing content related tasks such as asset management, content score monitoring, and OTA content as outlined by the Centralized Workflow dashboard
- Provide additional support as needed
- Provide additional admin support as requested by leadership
Reporting
- Support DFM team in pulling automated reports for participating hotels and distribute to relevant team member within set time frame.
SEO Support
- Publishing content optimization updates for hotels in the programme across the various platforms including Product Catalogue and DAC
- Opening and tracking tickets for meta data updates
- Audit of HWS to ensure updates have been published successfully
Supporting Operations
- Works with all team members to guarantee supporting tactics are executed on-time and at a high-quality.
- Provides feedback to continually improve work processes and systems that support program execution.
- Establishes and maintains complete and up-to-date information
- Attends training to increase subject matter expertise and deepen skills.
- Actively seeks out opportunities to learn more about the digital industry.
- Provide additional support as needed
