About the Team
You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as a critical member of the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team. Linklaters Global Solutions is a function delivering day-to-day transactional work essential to the smooth running of the firm and providing analysis and advisory capability to our business stakeholders, lawyers, and partners globally.
BDM LGS is a diverse and highly skilled team of marketing, business development, data, and operations professionals dedicated to supporting the wider BDM function in driving revenue growth, nurturing our priority client relationships, and strengthening the firm’s reputation. Our team works on initiatives ranging from pitch creation and marketing content management to market intelligence and data analytics, creative design, and event coordination.

You will be responsible for
Conducting competitive intelligence and benchmarking research within the legal industry to stay ahead of market trends.
Providing market intelligence to enhance the effectiveness and precision of marketing campaigns.
Developing comprehensive reports comparing the Firm's offerings and strategies with those of competitors.
Supporting the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports that convey key insights and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Analysing data and client behaviour, preferences, and satisfaction to uncover market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
Performing targeted research on clients, industries, and markets utilising both publicly available and subscription-based resources.
Contributing to the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Supporting the development of client segmentation models to customise products, services, and communication strategies effectively.
Apply if you
Have experience in strategic research, competitive intelligence, or market analysis, preferably in professional services.
Know research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
Have experience creating reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex insights.
Have a basic understanding of dashboard creation and performance metrics visualization.
Have experience in analysing client behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities.
Are able to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable insights.
Have a basic understanding of client segmentation principles and applications.
Have strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Are an effective communicator with ability to present findings clearly to various stakeholders.
Are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing (C1 or C2 level).
