The team you will be working with is One Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer, and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, including Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, and Tax. The function is based in Warsaw and supports various business units to enhance operational efficiency across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process customer claims using tools such as SAP.
- Verify claim accuracy and issue credit notes in a timely and compliant manner.
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and manage credit memo workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the Cash Application and Billing teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Analyze deductions and support resolution of disputes in coordination with Sales and Controlling.
- Participate in regular Invoice to Cash (I2C) meetings and contribute to performance reviews.
- Support the transition of full I2C scope for all markets by the end of the year.
- Contribute to digitalization and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across regions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, shared services, AR, order to cash, pricing, or billing roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Good command of English (B2–C1); passive knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and basic financial knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and openness to learning.
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
