Your team
The COO distribution team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team that is responsible for the formulation, implementation and support of the key Distribution focused initiatives, and processes that impact our client’s experience. This is a diverse role spanning across Franchise and Execution Sales as well as parts of Digital Platforms, focusing on F2B controls. Members of the team will have broad exposure across the Global Markets business often collaborating and partnering with sales teams, management, and support teams.
Your expertise
You Have:
• a strong interest in financial regulations and Global Market products
• an understanding of operational risk frameworks and controls (desirable)
• a strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to handle recurring tasks, multiple priorities and deliver to deadline
• proven problem solving and organizational skills - high attention to detail is critical
• strong Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and word skills. Knowledge of Alteryx would be an advantage
You are:
• confident with good relationship building and interpersonal skills
• results orientated with a track record for delivering continuous process improvement
• proactive and constructive in all aspects of the role, encouraging best practice and striving for consistency on a global basis.
