Job Description
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in finance, accounting, and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) to support and improve back-office processes.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data to support decision-making.
- Map current and future business processes.
- Propose and design process/technical solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement changes.
- Communicate findings and updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Participate in testing and validation of new systems.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in finance/accounting and CRM (Salesforce is a plus).
- Solid business analysis and documentation skills.
- Great communicator and problem-solver.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
