About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to lead our Reporting Team, composed of Reporting Analysts. This role is pivotal in supporting the Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) organization across EMEA, focusing on delivering high-quality business intelligence, reporting solutions, and analytics for key BD businesses in the medical devices and/or services sector. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving excellence in reporting, dashboard development, and data management, while also fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of Reporting Analysts.
- Oversee onboarding and training of new team members.
- Foster collaboration between the Reporting Team, BP&A, and the EMEA business community.
Reporting & Analytics
- Act as the point of contact for business stakeholders regarding Power BI dashboards, navigation, and training.
- Collaborate with BP&A and regional business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable development tasks.
- Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, databases, SharePoint sites, and automation bots.
- Ensure data integrity, standardization, and simplification across reporting processes.
Training & Support
- Deliver training sessions on Power BI and BPC RevP/FSM tools for EMEA business teams.
- Provide support for BPC RevP/CCP/WFP/FSM planning and mass data loads (e.g., instrument depreciation, reclassifications, workforce assumptions module, FX).
- Develop tools to support business unit needs (e.g., WAC check tools).
Operational Excellence
- Organize and maintain robust back-up plans for critical reporting functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate support for VP EMEA Finance, EMEA BP&A Director and EMEA Sr Reporting Manager
- Promote best practices in business intelligence and data governance.
- Support compliant BPC Access Management
About You
- You are a proactive leader with a passion for data and business intelligence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights. You are also a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working across functions and regions
- Proven experience in leading data or reporting teams.
- Strong technical expertise in Power BI, SAP BPC Revenue Planning, Cost Center Planning, Workforce Planning, FSM, BW, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, forecasting, budgeting, and planning techniques.
- Experience in training and supporting business users on BI tools.
