INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Assist with website tracking audits and the implementation of tracking solutions using tools like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or Adobe Data Collection (Launch).
Support the setup and validation of web analytics tracking across websites and digital platforms.
Help analyze data from platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to uncover user behavior insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, Paid Media, and UX to support performance measurement.
Prepare and maintain dashboards and basic reports for internal or client use.
Stay curious and learn about digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and data interpretation frameworks.
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
An active student status and be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week in a hybrid mode from office in Warsaw
Fluency in English and Polish
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Data Collection (Launch), or other web analytics platforms.
Some understanding of how websites function (HTML, JavaScript, cookies, etc.) is a plus.
Curiosity about digital performance, KPIs, conversion funnels, and data storytelling.
Willingness to explore how AI-driven insights and automation can support data interpretation and decision-making in digital marketing.
Interest in digital marketing and analytics, with a desire to grow in this field.
Problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
Organized and self-motivated, with good time management skills.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
any other European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Nordic languages)
Interest in AI tools and their applications in marketing and analytics (e.g., using AI for data analysis, predictive modeling, report generation, or personalization).
Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or similar tools — and a desire to explore how automation and autonomous workflows can enhance analytics processes.
