INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing Paid Search campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads environments.
Support the setup of ad accounts, campaigns, audiences, and tracking in collaboration with senior media specialists.
Monitor campaign performance and help prepare regular reports using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
Help analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for optimization.
Conduct competitive research, keyword research, and audience analysis to support strategic campaign planning.
Support internal documentation, campaign QA, and budget control processes.
Contribute to the setup and monitoring of A/B tests, working closely with teams to test creatives, landing pages, and targeting hypotheses.
Stay updated on the latest trends in paid media, especially Paid Search, AI-driven optimization, and automation.
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
An active student status and be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week in a hybrid mode from office in Warsaw
Fluency in English and Polish
Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets; ability to work with data, charts, and formulas.
Basic understanding of website tracking and campaign measurement using tools like Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics.
Interest in digital advertising, analytics, and performance marketing, especially Paid Search.
Understanding of basic performance metrics: impressions, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.
Experience or interest in A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or Adobe Target.
Exposure to paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or YouTube Ads.
Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and eagerness to learn
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Interest in AI tools for media automation, campaign optimization, or creative testing.
Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms like n8n, Make.com, or similar — and curiosity about automation in media workflows.
Any other European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Nordic languages)
