What you will do
- Support the team in executing HR-related tasks
- Handle internal correspondence between the HR department and employees
- Prepare summaries and reports for internal use
- Assist with document archiving
- Support in reviewing and updating employee personnel files
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
What you will bring
- Basic knowledge of labor law and a willingness to learn more
- Accuracy, independence, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week
- Native-level Polish
