We have a variety of online travel platforms that cater to different aspects of travel and accommodation. These platforms include Invia.cz, travelplanet.pl, which offers a wide range of summer and winter tours; Ab-in-den-Urlaub.de, which provides last-minute trips, vacation packages, apartments, flights, rental cars, and a platform that provides flight offers from over 550 airlines; and several others, each specializing in various facets of travel and accommodation.

Your responsibilities
Investigate and resolve technical issues with third-party integrations (APIs, data transfer errors, etc.)
Monitor interface health and proactively identify anomalies in data delivery or functionality
Collaborate with development teams and partners to ensure stable data exchange
Document interface behaviors and edge cases to support developers and stakeholders
Create automated and manual reports on integration performance, error trends, and usage metrics
Support internal teams (e.g. business, product) with data analysis from the integrations
Assist in small-scale technical improvements or scripting (e.g. Golang basics or SQL for reporting)
Our requirements
Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related experience in technical support or integration roles
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and interface monitoring tools
Ability to read and analyze logs, payloads, and error messages for debugging purposes
Comfortable creating reports or dashboards (e.g. in Excel, Data Studio, Looker, Grafana, etc.)
Proactive communicator; able to explain tech details clearly to various stakeholders
Nice to have:
German language
SQL proficiency; basic scripting skills (e.g. Golang, Python, Bash) are a plus
Experience with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar
