To growing team in IT HR Domain, to extend capability of the work we are looking for professional to work as HCM Integration Support Specialist
As an HCM Integration Support Specialist, you will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team at the forefront of digital HR transformation. Our team brings together IT and HR professionals who work across functions and geographies to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable integration solutions. We support the continuous improvement of HR, Payroll, and Time systems by leveraging modern platforms such as Workday, MuleSoft.
In this role, you will be responsible for support designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations that enable smooth data exchange across various HCM systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, develop integration flows, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues, maintaining technical documentation, and participating in system upgrades and transformation projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and compliance with security and privacy standards. Your expertise in APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data formats like JSON and XML will be essential in building robust and efficient integrations.

How you will make an impact
Support of designong, implementioan, and maintaining integration solutions using platforms like MuleSoft and Workday.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration services.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve second- and third-level integration incidents.
Document integration flows, data mappings, and technical specifications
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
Support integration workstreams in HRIS implementations and upgrades
Conduct system and interface testing to validate integration functionality.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Your background
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT related field (software development, data analytics)Minimum 2 years of experience in IT integrations development or similar support roles.
Knowledge and understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), SFTPs, data encryption and data formats (CSV, JSON, XML).
Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft and Workday.
Familiarity with cloud-based HR and Payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP).
. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
