INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Support the SEO team in conducting technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or custom scripts.
Assist in identifying and resolving crawlability, indexation, and site structure issues.
Participate in the analysis of sitemaps, robots.txt files, canonical tags, hreflang implementation, and page performance.
Learn to implement structured data and schema.org markup to enhance AI and search engine understanding of content.
Help monitor changes in AI-powered search interfaces (e.g., Google SGE, Bing AI) and assess implications for organic visibility.
Support automation of recurring tasks using low-code platforms or custom scripts (e.g., n8n, Make.com, Python).
Participate in research and prototyping around AI-first SEO strategies, such as optimization for language models, answer engines, or conversational search.
Document findings and recommendations for internal and client-facing deliverables.
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
An active student status and be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week in a hybrid mode from office in Warsaw
Fluency in English and Polish
Exposure to technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar).
Understanding of structured data, schema markup, and how AI systems interpret semantic metadata.
Experience or interest in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs for analysis, prototyping, or workflow support.
Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or other low-code automation tools.
Analytical mindset and curiosity about how websites work, how search engines interpret them, and how to optimize them.
Familiarity with HTML, metadata, and website architecture.
Interest in AI and automation as they relate to search and digital marketing.
Enthusiasm for testing, learning, and keeping up with the evolving SEO and search landscape.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data cleaning or reporting is a plus.
Any other European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Nordic languages)
Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus.
