Our Client is an international manufacturing company from the automotive industry. Due to the development of structures, we are looking for experienced Candidates for a key position in the factory.

Responsibility:

• Maintaining production continuity by ensuring the availability of machinery, optimizing production processes, implementing engineering changes and APQP,
• Implementing activities to improve production processes and ensuring the expected quality, efficiency and work safety,
• Ensuring standards that guarantee the optimization of production processes,
• Team management, building an environment focused on the organization's results,
• Managing process documentation towards process engineering and CAPEX,
• Technical contact with subcontractor companies, tools, and machine suppliers,
• Management and development of machines, tools cell standards with internal and external suppliers,
• Strategic and operational goals, cost efficiency, and profitability,
• Focus on key KPI’s: Scrap, performance, lines OEE, Quality,
• Plant Layout preparation & strategy planning,
• Analysis of the efficiency of machines and processes at all stages of production,
• Organization molding tools, machine and equipment commissioning,
• Optimization of engineering and maintenance costs, verification of the justification for incurred investments,
• Supervision over the preparation and implementation of TPM of machines and tools,
• Identifying and initiation of projects with the goal to optimize the Flow sheet,
• Supervision of investments related to buildings.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education,
• Successful professional experience in a managerial position related to managing technical teams in an automotive industry,
• Knowledge of production processes related to rubber extrusion, knowledge of machine mechanics and tool and mold design,
• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing standards and tools, WCM - experience in conducting optimization projects using these methodologies,
• Experience in managing large teams, Leadership
• High communication skills,
• Initiative, ability to make decisions and act effectively in difficult situations,
• Very good knowledge of English
