JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for early- to mid-level technical and generalist roles across the global enterprise. This Partner collaborates with hiring managers to define success profiles, shape sourcing strategies, and assess candidates for both behavioral and technical alignment. Operating with growing independence, this role applies best practices across diverse functions—from engineering and product to marketing, sales, and operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and generalist requisitions
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, clarify expectations, and align on sourcing strategies
- Screen candidates for job-related competencies and technical proficiency across diverse role types
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation within Workday and uphold tracking standards
- Provide high-quality, consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
- Leverage market insights to shape search strategy and elevate stakeholder advising conversations

- Independently manages requisitions with professionalism, urgency, and care
- Adapts recruiting approach to suit technical and generalist contexts across global functions
- Builds trust with hiring managers through preparedness, responsiveness, and calibration skills
- Applies effective sourcing techniques and structured screening methods to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
- Upholds documentation standards and contributes to operational discipline in recruiting workflows
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to technical roles strongly preferred
- Ability to translate technical job requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and candidate documentation workflows
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder partnership across functions and levels
