Operating model: Hybrid work (combining office and remote work) - at least 2 days from office in Warsaw

For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Market Group) business line we are looking for you as Team Leader with French.

What this job involves / Role summary:

We are seeking a Team Leader with French to join our team and take on the responsibility of ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high operational standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing a culture of ethics, excellence, and teamwork, while also providing support and guidance to direct reports. Additionally the Team Leader will build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Provide effective leadership and support to team members, creating a positive work environment that encourages growth, productivity, and innovation
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate team member performance providing timely feedback, coaching, and mentoring
  • Conduct quarterly reviews, appraisals, and 121 coaching sessions
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development plans to enhance team skills
  • Prepare timesheets for the team
  • Collaborate with the team to establish clear objectives, performance targets, and strategies
  • Develop a robust activity plan that aligns with organizational goals

Senior Leadership Support

  • Assist the Senior Team Leader in coordinating departmental activities and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports for senior management reviews
  • Act as a point of contact between team members, other departments, and external stakeholders
  • Represent the Senior Team Leader in specific meetings when required
  • Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are complete
  • Provide regular status updates to the Senior Team Leader

Process & Communication

  • Facilitate open and effective communication within the team and across departments
  • Promote knowledge sharing and develop a collaborative work culture
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the Senior Team Leader with process mapping, streamlining workflows, and implementing efficiency improvements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports for all team processes and projects
  • Perform strategic administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and platform analysis

Analysis & Planning

  • Collect, analyse, and develop data-driven reports on team performance and key performance indicators
  • Identify trends, highlight areas of improvement, and present insights to senior management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members
  • Efficiently manage resources and delegate responsibilities to ensure optimized work allocation

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Very good communication skills in the French language are required (C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2+)
  • Developed interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships
  • Should be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of stakeholders
  • Well-organised, have an eye for detail and demonstrate a “Can-Do” attitude
  • The following skills will impact your application positively, but are not a must:
    • Administration or financial background
    • Advanced Excel and basic VBA skills
    • Previous working experience in the real estate or BPO industry
    • Experience in a similar position
