Customer Care Specialist with French and Italian

Your role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Customer Service Center via phone, email, and ticketing
- Support both internal and external customers across all channels
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
- Supporting stores in their periodic tasks (e.g., with inventory)
- Resolve non-standard customer service issues
- Offer back-office support to other departments
- Coordinate solutions across departments
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
Our Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (minimum B2) and Italian (minimum B1)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including 8-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays (1–2 times per month)
- Availability for remote or hybrid work
