The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting new members to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business stakeholders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

What you’ll achieve
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing recruitment activities, mainly supporting the Software Engineering business unit. You will implement short- and long-term strategies to ensure hiring targets are met.
You will:
Fill vacancies under rigorous time, quality and service demands, prioritizing both volume and specialty openings.
Build the candidate pipelines via various channels such as advertising, employee referrals, direct sourcing and personal networking.
Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, including complex salary negotiations and job offers, requiring strong influencing skills with both candidates and stakeholders.
Engage and educate Managers to implement best recruitment practices.
Be involved in employer branding, and other ad-hoc projects.

Essential Requirements:
University degree and 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house), ideally with a strong focus on recruiting software engineering roles and solid market knowledge in this area.
Experience to directly sourcing candidates via diverse social channels and building candidate pools aligned with market streams.
Outstanding customer focus to create a positive candidate and stakeholder experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Process orientation, consulting skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Fluency in Polish and English.
