THE ROLE

We are looking for a forward-thinking and impactful Senior E2E Continuous Improvement Planner to join our Planning & Supply function and champion our continuous improvement journey.
The Senior E2E CI Planner ensures operational excellence and consistent delivery of E2E Planning & Supply objective and processes by implementation of a Continuous Improvement methodology & culture. Influence and drive CI across teams & departments, prioritise and provide clear guidelines on how to drive efficient and effective processes. Supports in a matrix relationship whilst constantly develop and collaborate across all levels of the organization, people and processes.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Continuous Improvement – build, deploy and continuously develop a sustainable
- Continuous Improvement framework, roadmap & agenda for all E2E Planning & Supply teams,
- Define & deploy appropriate tools to support operational teams (Pareto, 5-Whys, RCA, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.).
- Ensure measuring of CI success and promoting learnings and best practice.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Lean Belt / Six Sigma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in Planning & Supply Chain Management
- Proven leadership and motivation skills
- Effective problem and conflict resolution skills and proven team focus - desirable
- Trainer or coaching certification - desirable
