Responsibilities:
- Material Data Management: Responsible for material master data control, recording and maintenance of material and item data in the system according to standards. Ensure that all documents related to assets and inventory flow are complete and accurate.
- Physical Management: Responsible for auditing and managing materials and items in the park, including processes such as requisition, inbound/outbound, borrowing/returning, and handover for departures/transfers. Can inspect receipts in each warehouse to ensure they match the system and purchase orders in terms of projects, quantities, and details.
- Card Management: Responsible for maintaining the asset register, promptly creating asset cards, and ensuring the consistency of accounts, cards, and physical items.
- Compensation Management: Responsible for handling matters and processes related to holding individuals accountable and compensating for damaged or lost materials.
- Obsolete Material Management: Responsible for following up on the disposal of non-conventional obsolete materials in the park.
- Maintenance Management: Responsible for following up on the maintenance process of materials in each warehouse and liaising with the procurement department to find relevant suppliers.
- Resource Allocation/Transfer: Responsible for recovering and reasonably allocating idle materials for use, as well as the process of transferring materials between warehouses or departments and updating ledger information.
- Asset Inventory: Cooperate with inventory work and follow the progress in each warehouse.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, background in science and engineering, with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, logistics service providers, or a similar role.
- Familiar with asset and material management including definitions, classifications and proficient in Word and Excel.
- Honest and reliable, with excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills.
- Able to adapt to office environments and short-term travel in various countries in the European Union.
- Proficient in English writing and oral communication skills, with knowledge of Chinese or being of Chinese descent is a plus.
