WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 
  Students of the last years of studies or University graduates with bachelor’s or master’s degree up to 6 months after graduation with Logistics, Economics, Management, Marketing, and Management, or other technical profiles

• Preferably, candidates available for 30 hours a week

• Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English.

• Computer users, comfortable using MS Office. Strong MS Excel skills are a must. Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and Chat GPT is an asset.

• With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quick learner with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Organized individuals who can prioritize responsibilities and be attentive to details, able to thrive in a dynamic environment

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US:

• 
  Responsible for managing order processes for a specific market.

• Handle and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of key documents (invoice, packing list, SWB, AWB, BL).

• Perform tasks related to basic logistics, including various shipment modes (road, sea, air).

• Prepare and analyze reports related to order management and financial reconciliation.

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
