- Retail Sales for entire Poland, working with local teams to unlock key retailers from Grocery, Pharma, Pets and strategic verticals.
- Pitching new businesses and building out their respective pipelines to convert targets into merchants on the platform.
- Support in cross-selling and upselling with key businesses.
- Basic Qualifications -
- A true hunter mentality with a hunger to grow in a multinational company.
- You love to travel and know how to acquire the best retailers for the Uber Eats platform in person and on the telephone.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills and understanding of the EMEA retail market.
- Several years experience in B2B sales, preferably in a retail or grocery environment.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
- Experience utilising CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Preferred Qualifications -
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, commercial, or business development roles.
- You have a drivers license to travel through Poland (if not, going by train is also an option). We don't provide company cars but you can book a car by credit card.
- Proven track record of delivering sales in a matrix organization.
- Network in retail and grocery sector.
