Join our team! We are looking to add a new Product Support Specialist - Bilingual Spanish/English based in Gdansk, Poland that will focus on providing a quality product support service to customers of Thomson Reuters - Confirmation.
The team will provide support to customers globally. This position will operate on the following shift pattern (Monday to Friday): 8:00am to 4:00pm CST / 3:00pm to 11:00pm CEST.
This position will require 6 weeks of training (Monday to Friday) in US hours 08:00am to 05:00pm CST.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Product Support Specialist - Bilingual Spanish/English, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support queries and troubleshooting across all Confirmation products via phone, email, and other media.
- Resolve technical and service issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.
- Document all customer interactions, resolution steps, and feedback to enhance products and services.
- Report and escalate recurring technical problems to the appropriate teams.
- Continuously develop technical aptitude and customer service skills to improve team performance.
- Create and maintain support documentation and Knowledgebase articles for internal and external use.
- Educate yourself and colleagues on new product releases, test functionality, and report issues.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Product Support Specialist - Bilingual Spanish/English if you have the following required qualifications:
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing position or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to resolve issues and own them through to resolution.
- Experience providing customer support via phone, email, or in person.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
