The expertise we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in HR and/or Continuous improvement in a People Function, ideally in a fast paced company;
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing internal talent;
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Your position will include
- Partnering and collaborating with teams;
- Providing solutions in relation to talent management that will meet business objectives and create an environment of succession and growth;
- Supporting business growth;
- Working closely with teams on strategic aspects of employee satisfaction and development including succession planning, career paths and D&I;
- Working with the wider HR and shared service team;
- Developing positive working relationships across the business.
