We're now offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll and Billing Specialist to join the EMEA Payroll and Billing Team.
What will you be doing as a Payroll & Billing Specialist?
- Accurately and promptly request payments for independent contractors.
- Reconcile in-country partner invoices and prepare pay/bill breakdowns for client invoicing.
- Validate contractor invoices, including hours and rates, and manage salary updates in Microsoft D365.
- Handle reconciliation of payroll-related matters such as tax, insurance, leave, and pensions.
- Ensure all payroll, billing, and wage-related inquiries are handled with exceptional service.
- Learn and utilize VMS and MSP systems to support accurate invoicing and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure systems reflect current data.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll and invoicing regulations and client contract terms.
- Audit and reconcile People 2.0 reverse invoices against VMS data.
- Support month-end close activities and assist with other finance/admin tasks as needed.
What experience are we looking for in a Payroll and Billing Specialist?
Essential Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll/HR, billing administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Professional and engaging, with solid organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
Desirable Experience:
- Certification in Payroll Administration
- Proficiency in payroll software/systems
