Job Description
EcoVadis is looking for a Billing and Collection Associate Level 2 to join the Finance team in Poland. This position is responsible for full-cycle multi-currency accounts receivable functions, including billing, billing modifications, processing payments, and reconciling key customer accounts. The position interacts with internal and external customers on a daily basis and must provide a consistently high level of customer service and ethics.
Core responsibilities:
- Issue and send invoices/credit notes as per contracts.
- Ensure proper filing of sales contracts;
- Respond to customer queries and requests;
- Provide and fill out financial and administrative documents;
- Take appropriate action to resolve and/or identify significant accounts receivable issues and escalate appropriately;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any accounts receivable queries;
- Assist with a variety of internal projects based on the needs of the organization;
- Liaise with international colleagues from all departments regularly to assist and add value to the EcoVadis global mission.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts receivable or Billing function -prior experience in Salesforce would be a definite plus.
- Prior billing or collection experience would be an advantage;
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Finance;
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
