What You Can Expect
Payment Associate Specialist (Procure to Pay Associate Specialist)will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, as well as smooth communication between internal teams and external banking partners.
How You'll Create Impact
- Payment Generation: Prepare and initiate payment runs in banking systems, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manual Payments: Handle exceptions and input manual payments directly into banking systems when required.
- Bank Communication: Act as the primary contact for banks to:
- Confirm payment execution
- Resolve technical issues
- Obtain transaction status updates
- Payment System Management: Enter and maintain payment-related data in internal systems.
- Payment Calendar Oversight: Plan, manage, and monitor the payment schedule to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) team and Treasury, facilitating effective communication and information flow.

Your Background
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred
- 0-2 Years of relevant work experience
- Advanced education in accountancy or taxes is a plus
- Experience in SAP ERP is a plus
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferred experience in payment processing
- Experience with automation tools is a plus
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
