For our Global Finance Team we are currently looking for a Procurement Controller.
Procurement Controller is meant to support the Procurement Organization with business insights and recommendations through analysis of procurement Spend to drive robust reporting and productivity / savings
Responsibilities in this role will be:
Individual accountabilities
- Support procurement team on saving calculation and validation, reporting and reconciliation using PBI & Procurement savings reporting tools
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of procurement activities, maintaining clear communication with key stakeholders
- Support budgeting and forecasting process ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the group; secure budget monitoring through the proper set of KPI’s
- Conduct in-depth analysis of procurement, supply chain, and logistics data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports comparing actual performance against budgeted figures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT to deliver insights and reporting that inform strategic decisions
- Lead and support strategic initiatives related to finance and procurement, driving continuous improvement and alignment with business goals
- Support in Reporting enhancement and PBI Management /maintenance and enhancement

- VP - Operations & Procurement CFO, Heads of Finance and Finance Controllers
- Global and local Procurement Team
- Regional Finance and Corporate Finance (Group accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax)
- Business Unit Teams (BU director, local site controllers)
- Global and local IT Teams
We are looking for you to have:
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in similar role or as finance or business / financial controller in an international environment
- Experience with business controlling, monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting process
- Exceptional understanding P2P process
- Strong business and commercial understanding and experience
- Able to interact with corporate stakeholders and perform in a complex matrix organization
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and demonstrate flexibility in execution
- Openness, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to proposing new solutions
- Experience in preparing budget cycles and forecasting in procurement domain are a plus
- Experience of using Procurement and Finance systems
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Advanced Excel skills and other analytical tools and systems e.g Power BI
