Order Management Specialist with FrenchJob Description
We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced and meaningful industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing and an exceptional customer experience.
Your role:
- Accurate and timely order entry in SAP
- Coordination of the end-to-end order delivery process
- Close cooperation with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Demand Planners, Warehouse team, Carriers, Accounting)
- Investigation and resolution of customers’ queries
- Maintenance of strong relationships with our customers
- Participation in process improvement projects

You're the right fit if:
- You have a bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience
- You speak and write fluently in French
- Your English is at a B2 Level
- MS Office, especially Excel, isn’t a new tool for you
- You have strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- You have good communication skills, cultural awareness, and you are proactive
- Previous experience within Order Management/ Customer Service would be a plus
- Knowledge of logistics/supply chain is nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial
