We’re looking for a Scrum Master to guide teams toward achieving their goals while promoting Agile principles and facilitating collaboration to ensure the success of products. Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate sprints by organizing and defining goals, overseeing meetings, and tracking progress.
Provide accurate and timely reporting, including capacity estimates, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to prioritize backlogs and align with release plans.
Analyze progress and update stakeholders on changes or challenges to sprint goals.
Support internal initiatives by developing new value propositions for clients.
Coach junior team members and promote an Agile mindset across the organization.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience applying Agile principles and Scrum frameworks.
Previous hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
Practical knowledge of application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira).
Familiarity with software development processes and Agile methodologies.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and summarize complex data.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Proficiency in preparing business presentations and communicating with senior stakeholders.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs (work in 2-weeks in Poland and 2-weeks in the Middle East or the United States model).
