With an increasing number of requests from internal teams, we’re structuring the marketing function as an internal agency and looking for a well-organized Marketing Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for employees and liaise with the team to deliver projects.
About the role
We are not huge fans of strict job descriptions, as we believe in giving our employees a lot of flexibility in how they fulfill their roles. We do, however, definitely need some help with tasks such as:
- acting as the first point of contact for employees on marketing-related queries and liaising with the marketing team,
- collecting internal marketing requests and prioritizing them in line with the company's marketing strategy,
- creating marketing projects timelines and coordinating execution across the marketing team, ensuring all deadlines are met,
- monitoring the performance of marketing activities, preparing and analysing reports, and recommending data-driven next steps,
- maintaining and updating the content production and publication calendar,
- ensuring all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and the communication strategy,
- occasionally supporting the marketing team with content creation and organizing events (e.g., conferences, meetups, hackathons, workshops).
Who are we looking for?
This position is for you if you:
- have proven experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously,
- have familiarity with marketing field and/or some experience in marketing roles (in-house or agency),
- are able to prioritise work based on strategy and business goals,
- know of marketing performance indicators and analytics tools,
- are independent and well-organized,
- can communicate in a clear, direct, and effective way,
- know both English and Polish very well (C1 or better).
It would be an asset if you:
- have previous experience as an Account Manager,
- have hands-on experience creating marketing content and organizing events,
- are interested in the IT industry and have some familiarity with this field.
Terms of Cooperation
- We work in a hybrid model. However, in this position it is important to us that you can work mainly from our office at Zabłocie 43B in Cracow, especially at the beginning of our cooperation. We expect you to work from our office 3-4 days per week for the first few months.
- We offer various agreements, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
