- The mission of the Marketing Coordinator is to execute and manage all Marketing activities and assets with the goal of generating quality lead flow.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Write and send outbound marketing emails using pre-approved templates and variations.
- Post regularly on LinkedIn (company and personal account).
- Upload and publish content to YouTube, LinkedIn, and website (from team-created assets).
- Maintain and segment lists in CRM or email marketing tool.
- Track KPIs weekly: email open/reply rates, lead form submissions, booked calls, etc.
- Coordinate with sales to ensure follow-ups and lead status updates.
Additional responsibilities
- Copywriting: Assist in writing new email campaigns or landing pages.
- Ads: Help manage and report on paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google).
- SEO: Optimize blog content, video titles/descriptions, and web pages.
- Analytics: Build dashboards or reports for leadership review.
