Purpose of role:
We are seeking a dynamic, intelligent, and highly organized Logistics Specialist to provide effective and proactive administrative support to the Import/Export activities onsite. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of details, and takes pride in delivering on time.

Key responsibilities:
- Arranging international transport, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensuring that the shipping process is carried out correctly - from pricing to completion.
- Liaising with transport companies (road, sea, air freight forwarders)
- Preparation of documents necessary for customs clearance (import and export shipments)
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job knowledge/education and qualifications
- Demonstrable shipping experience is desired.
- SAP ECC & EWM shipping skills are advantageous.
- Experience in a manufacturing shipping environment is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and logistics/supply chain coordination is required.
- Fluent Polish and upper-intermediate level of English (B2) is required.
