- Input and update learner information on the relevant IT system.
- Liaise with internal and external authorities/stakeholders in the execution of duties
- Follow relevant procedures and make suggestion to process improvements
- Produce and maintain accurate records, using relevant systems, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulated framework requirements
