Your responsibilities:
Develop and implement training simulations, assessments, and job aids.
Support and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for training initiatives.
Plan and execute training rollouts, including managing enrollment and evaluation processes.
Apply practical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems and adapt existing methods.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project objectives and build a professional network within the organization.
Influence and support internal stakeholders to achieve training goals.
Our requirements:
2-4 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
Proven ability to manage diverse assignments of moderate scope and complexity.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with internal teams and influence project outcomes.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating learning materials.
Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
