Role Overview
As a Lawyer, you will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance across the company’s activities. You will draft and review agreements, support new business processes, maintain corporate documentation, and communicate with internal teams and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support across company operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and internal regulations
Maintain and update corporate documentation, ensuring timely registration with authorities
Communicate with international clients and external legal advisors
Support the establishment of new business processes and procedures
Collaborate with finance and other departments to provide legal input
Prepare reports and assist with additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Higher legal education (Law degree)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in fintech
Experience drafting and negotiating legal documentation
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks; EMI/PI/SPI license experience is an advantage
Excellent English (written and spoken) – the role involves communication with international clients
