Lawyer (German-speaking)

• Provide legal advice and guidance to support the day-to-day operations of an international IT company
• Conduct legal research and analysis of national legislation, with a focus on corporate, contract, and employment law
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and other partners
• Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counterparts in an international and cross-functional setting

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience, ideally within an international or IT-focused environment
• Strong background in commercial law, contract law, employment law, and data protection
• Law degree from a recognized university
• Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a cross-border legal team

Nice to have:

• Additional qualification or certification in Austrian or German law is a strong advantage
