Responsibilities:

proactively follow up with inbound leads and initiate outbound cold calls and emails,
identify decision-makers and spark interest among prospective clients,
assist in the development of training materials and work instructions,
cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to build trust and loyalty,
communicate efficiently with both internal and external teams through email, phone, and CRM systems,
collaborate effectively with both upstream and downstream departments.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a BPO setting,
solid understanding of supply chain processes,
familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is a plus,
excellent command of German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B1),
holder of any Bachelor's degree,
experience using ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
strong ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time efficiently,
comfortable with high call volumes on a daily basis,
effective written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal stakeholders,
collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional teams,
sound understanding of KPIs and SLAs.
