Junior Collections Specialist with Italian (LOA Replacement)

• Manage collections processes and ensure timely payments

• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships

• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and update relevant systems

• Provide regular reports on collections performance to management

• Continuously improve collections processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Fluent Italian and English, B2 level required

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic MS Office Excel skills

• Knowledge of SAP is nice to have

• Ability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode (office located on Przyokopowa Street, Warsaw)
